Baked Savory Sweet Potato Fries Recipe

Baked Savory Sweet Potato Fries Recipe
Everyone loves fries.
When the family first went gluten-free we were very upset to learn the number of restaurant french fries that contained gluten. The restaurants that didn’t offer coated fries definitely became our “best friends”. But then we learned more about possible cross-contamination with gluten products used in the same fryers. And there was the realization that the oils used to fry the potatoes were re-used so often that they were very unhealthy and pro-inflammatory. Sweet potatoes have a higher nutritional value than white potatoes and needless to say, not deep frying them, but rather baking them, increases their health value as well. When you need a great snack and are craving fries, enjoy these very healthy versions – Baked sweet potatoes fries.
