Super healthy vegan dessert made with chickpeas, almond butter, pure maple syrup and chocolate chips. No one can tell that they’re made with chickpeas instead of flour! Try it and let us know how much you like it.
- 1 can chickpeas (drain and rinse chickpeas)
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Place the first four ingredients into a food processor and blend.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into an 8x8 pan, or a cake pan. Option to sprinkle chocolate chips over the top as well!
- Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
