Our take on this Pumpkin Hummus Recipe gets its festive fall flare from tons of pumpkin & fall spices. To change it up, you can serve the dish with sliced veggies or veggie chips. This pumpkin hummus is sooo good! A definite must-try.
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 can pumpkin puree
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- pepitas to garnish
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and puree until smooth.
- Garnish with pepitas and serve with Simple Mills crackers, baby carrots or veggies of your choice!
